We currently sell digital products only (e.g., downloadable sewing patterns, ebooks). All products are delivered digitally via email or customer account access after payment confirmation.

2. Prices & Payments

• Prices include VAT where applicable under Dutch law.
• Payment is accepted through secure, third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• You must ensure all payment details are accurate and authorized.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered automatically via email or download link immediately after purchase. If you encounter delivery issues, contact us at contactnuriamo@gmail.com.

4. No Returns or Refunds

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree to waive your 14-day EU right of withdrawal. This is in line with EU law for digital goods:

“Once you start downloading the digital content, you lose your right to cancel the purchase.”

Therefore, all sales are final.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (patterns, text, images, ebooks) is owned by NuriaMo.
You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our products without written permission.

You are granted a non-exclusive, personal license to use purchased files for your personal use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect application of patterns or results
• Errors due to misuse or misunderstanding of instructions
• Site downtime or delivery delays caused by third parties

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the site implies acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
